Thirty years ago competencies didn't exist, career paths were drastically different, and organizations weren't worried about employee engagement and culture fit.

At this year's HR Tech Summit in Toronto we had the chance to talk to a number of thought leaders and pose the questions: "What is the next big challenge facing the world of HR?" and "Why are competencies an important tool?"
