Our cornerstone software (CompetencyCore) puts competencies at the core of your talent management lifecycle.

We’re making it easier than ever to customize, deploy, and manage your competencies while assessing top performers and redefining talent.

If you’re not already familiar with our software, CompetencyCore features a central platform where you can access all your competencies and job profiles.

There is also a variety of tools, including an assessment tool to find strengths and address weaknesses, an interview guide builder to hire the right candidates, a development tool to track resources, and more.

We’ve come a long way since we first introduced CompetencyCore years ago and now we’re on version 7.5. Since version 7.4 we’ve made some changes to our new dashboard, improved libraries to store and access your competencies, a fun new widget, and more!

Updated Libraries

We’ve made it easier to navigate across libraries and items within due to a new live filtering feature. We’ve cleaned up our design for viewing competencies, giving you a sleeker interface.

Authentication Redux

In line with best information security practices we have enabled admins to ensure their users have more complex passwords. Users are also now fully in charge of their passwords via a URL sent to their email.

UX/UI Improvements

Now you can enjoy more expressive icons for modules and content. We’ve also increased support for multilingual CompetencyCore use. Management pages have also been reworked, now with the ability to search by contact name in positions, view more suggested items in a field, and feedback when trying to delete users and positions.

Dashboard Updates

We’ve retired the old dashboard and added new and unique icons for each module. As a bonus, we’ve added a new weather widget to the dashboard! You can enter a city and choose to display the weather in Metric or Imperial units.
