Making learning and development a priority for yourself, your team and your employees in 2017 doesn’t need to be a costly endeavor. You can leverage on-the-job learning tips related to competencies that are essential for successful performance in your job.
On-the-job learning activities are quick tips that employees can incorporate into their day-to-day lives to help them develop their skills and competencies in specific areas. To be most effective, these learning tips should be related to specific behaviors so that improvements can be measured and quantified.
